WELLNESS SPA

Massage/Facials/Waxing/Threading/Private Yoga/Therapeutic Yoga

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. To hold a reservation in our Wellness Spa, we require a valid credit card number with an expiration date. This applies even if you intend to pay with a gift card. If you are booking online for your visit, an upfront payment of the service is required. If you should need to cancel your appointment we ask that you do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to notify us within this cancellation period, you will regrettably charged in full for your missed service. For Yonge Street appointments please call 416-925-7206 and for Thompson Hotel Appointments, please call 416-601-3589. All Wellness Spa Appointments that are booked using our online system may be cancelled using our online system. If you are past the cancellation window, the online system will permit you to cancel your appointment however it will be considered a ‘late cancel’ and you will regrettably be charged in full for the service.

CLASSES

Yoga/Pilates/Fusion

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Classes remaining past an expiry date cannot be carried over or extended. 5 class packages, have an expiry of 365 days from the date of activation. Intro Offer has an expiry of 30 days from date of activation. 5 class packages my not be used interchangeably between locations. Once you have a spot reserved online in a class, you may cancel online up to 2 hours prior to the start time of the class without penalty. All unused classes are returned to your account for future use. If our online system does not allow you to cancel out of a class, it means you are past the cancellation window and you will lose the class. There are no refunds for any payments made so please choose your classes carefully. For guests with Intro Offers, failure to cancel within the window results in losing a day from the 30 day offer. For 889 Members, failure to cancel within the window results in a $5 fee charged to you. If you make a purchase in order to make your reservation and subsequently cancel before the 4 hour cut-off, your purchase will remain on your account for future use. Our system will not process credit card refunds in this instance.

MEMBERSHIPS

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No holds or extensions of any kind.

Monthly Auto-Renew memberships will be automatically billed to your credit card each month until you cancel. You may cancel anytime but we encourage you to do so before your billing date stated above. Any request received after your billing date will be processed the following month. Please email us at memberships@889yoga.com and we will terminate your membership at the end of your current paid month. You will receive an email confirmation from us confirming the termination.

12 Month Memberships paid upfront are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be placed on hold. This membership activates on the date of purchase and expires one year later.

EVENTS + PROGRAMS

All purchases are non-refundable.

Upcoming Events + Programs may be:

1. transferred (in their entirety) to another individual for the same event. Transfers must be made in writing to concierge@889yoga.com up to 72 hours prior to the start of the event/program. Transfer requests received after this will be not be accepted and you will be charged in full for the event/program.

1. cancelled for a studio credit if you notify us in writing to concierge@889yoga.com at least 72 hours before the start of the program. Cancellation requests received after this will not be accepted and you will be charged in full.

No other refunds or credits are available under any circumstances. Classes remaining past an expiry date cannot be carried over.

BOUTIQUE

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase unused and unopened for store credit. Receipt required. Store credit may be left on your account or given on a gift card. Any credit given on a gift card is considered cash. Lost gift cards are lost cash, we do not honour them on file.

LIVING YOGA PROGRAM

Modules: registrants must cancel up to 14 days prior to the module for a full refund.

200 hour program: cancellation date is August 1st. Prior to August 1st the deposit will be charged. After August 1st, the deposit and full fee for the program will be charged.

DOULA SERVICES

Gift Cards may not be used to pay for Doula Services.

LIABILITY RELEASE

I agree that 889 Yonge Inc is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I am in the building. I understand that classes at 889 Yonge may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against 889 Yonge or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

TERMS + CONDITIONS

If you access and use the Web site (the “Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms (the “Terms”). If you do not accept the Terms, do not use this Site. All products and services of 889 Yonge Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable agreements governing their use. The Terms are to be read by you together with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of the Site. In the event of any conflict, the terms provided in the pages of the Site will govern. All services purchased from 889 Yonge Inc must be preceded by the applicant acknowledging, by the way of completing a Health Intake Form, that he/she has no physical limitations preventing him/her from participation. Furthermore, all applicants release 889 Yonge Inc, its owners, directors, managers and all employees of all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal properties. In order to ensure an appropriate and relaxing environment and experience for all of our Guests, we ask the following for Guests under 18 years of age: that there be one adult per child (under 18 years of age). Children between under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian in the spa during their treatment. The parent/guardian must also provide written consent before any services commence. Undergarments must be worn during all massage or facial treatments for Guests under the age of 18. Children under the age of 12 may not receive a spa treatment without consent from our owner regardless of parental consent. All Guests must keep volume to a minimum when in quiet zones as not to disrupt other Guests. 889 Yonge reserves the right to terminate any service at any point if we feel that the child is interrupting other Guests’ relaxation.

To register or purchase from the 889 Yonge Inc online booking system, you must be over 18 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.

Internet E-Mail – Any unprotected E-Mail communication over the Internet is, as with communication via any other medium (ie – cellular phones, post office mail), not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration.

Endorsements – No endorsements or approval of any third parties or their advice, opinions, information, products or services is expressed or implied by any Information.
